REFUNDS
You may return a product purchased from Beach et Bar for a refund within 7 days from when you receive it, as long as it is returned unused, with the tags still attached and in the same condition as it was received. This does not apply to items on sale or clearance. Such products may not be returned.
Refunds are conducted on the same credit card or through the same payment method used in the initial payment, where possible.
EXCHANGES
You may return a product purchased from Beach et Bar in exchange for another product within 15 days from when you receive it, so long as it is returned unused, with the tags still attached and in the same condition as it was received. This does not apply to items on sale or clearance. Such products may not be returned.
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
Unless the products are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible to return the product and for any cost involved in returning it. If the products are faulty, we will arrange a collection.

E.U CUSTOMERS
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You may return a product purchased from Beach et Bar for a refund or exchange as long as contact is made with us within 7 days from when you receive it. Kindly contact us stating your order number within the stipulated period. If 7 days have elapsed from when your order was received, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
The item must be returned unused, with the tags still attached and in the same condition as it was received, within 28 days. This does not apply to items on sale or clearance. Such products may not be returned.
Refunds are conducted on the same credit card used in the initial payment.
